International Warehouse Shipping

Express Shipping:

We offer a flat shipping fee of $25.00 USD for all orders under $300.00 USD.
Orders of $300.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Process:

All international orders are processed within 2-5 business days and delivered in 10-20 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Public holidays may cause delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

usahcg.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

In the case that any products are damaged or lost during shipping, please take pictures of the damaged box and product(s) and contact us – we will replace the order at no cost.
